How it Works: Once you have made payment, Boitys Hair will confirm the payment and notify you when your order has been shipped. Please allow for 1-2 business days from when you make payment to when your order is actually shipped from our website.
We stocked some wigs in Johannesburg, South Africa reship centre and if you order with those wigs then it will be couriered by The Courier Guy, it will be hand delivered to you and surely no need to pay any extra cent for it.
You can contact us for more information at orders@boityshair.co.za about your order pr preferred courier method and please make sure you write a correct physical address. If you have no idea, please google first. But other wigs with no stock in JHB we will ship it from our Suppliers by DHL directly to your door, the parcel may be checked by customs in different countries and asked for duties.
Tracking Your Order: we will provide you with the tracking details to allow you to track your shipment in real time. but if at any time you have questions about your order, simply email or call us.
